i was told NOT to lie flat on my back after the 20th week of pregnancy.

why is that so??

dun tell me i need to sleep on my sides only?? coz it will only make me lie flat on my tummy. yucks.

indeed it is uncomfortable to be lying flat on ur back coz u can literally feel the baby pushing down on ur spine. but kalau dah tdo mampus, mcm mana nak sedar kan??
